Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 25, 2026 | Effective Date: June 25, 2026
1. Definitions
"Service" refers to the workshops, courses and programme offered by Sennary ("we", "us", "our"). "User" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrols in our modules. "Content" refers to materials, templates and manuals we provide. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in a module, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above with the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
3. Service Description
Sennary provides general business finance education for founders, delivered as a workshop, a six-week course, or a complete programme. Our services are available to individuals based in Malaysia and elsewhere, subject to session scheduling. Our modules are educational in nature and do not constitute regulated financial, accounting, tax or investment advice.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information when enrolling, to use provided templates and materials for their own venture only, and to engage respectfully during group sessions. Sharing session recordings or materials outside your own use without permission is not permitted.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, manuals and content remain the intellectual property of Sennary. Enrolled users receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for their own business purposes. Materials may not be resold or redistributed.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing for our modules is listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and confirmed at the time of enquiry. Accepted payment methods will be shared during enrolment. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis if made before a course begins; refunds are not available once a session has started.
7. Course-Specific Terms
Enrolment in the Startup Money Foundations Course and Complete Entrepreneurship Finance Programme is confirmed upon payment. Completion of a module does not constitute a professional qualification or certification; it reflects participation in general education content.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from participating in our modules. Our content is general education and information; it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed accountant, tax professional or financial advisor, and we recommend consulting one for guidance specific to your situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sennary's liability arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant module. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination
Either party may end participation in a module by written notice. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination of this agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. We encourage users to first raise any concerns directly with us for informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction.
12. General Provisions
This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
